Participatory Church

Dear Friends: You might be asking what is a participatory church? Well, it is a church that invites every individual to bring their God given talents to benefit the entire faith community and acknowledges that every individual is uniquely gifted. The faith community thrives because everyone’s talents are used for the benefit of all.

It is a church that values everyone as a unique individual and as a living contribution to the whole membership. It is a church that values authentic authority which is an authority, not of control, but loving service.

A participartory church is a true reflection of God’s Love and God’s plan for each individual’s spiritual development and growth. It is an AGAPE FOUNDATION.

I welcome anyone interested in expanding the meaning of a participatory church to add to the discussion. I would greatly love to hear from you.

Sincerely, Dr. Nick Mazza
